Dear Dr Serdev,
It was so good to meet you in Ireland. Your personality, your knowledge and surgical skills were an inspiration.
Remember I requested that I wanted to bring my wife to see you, Is it possible for you to see her during the week starting on 11th may, flights only leave on a tuesday so maybe you would be able to see my wife on the wednesday (13th May) with a view to operating on her, i will be able to join her on the Friday as work commitments do not allow me to travel with her. i would need you to recommend a place for her to stay while she waits for me.
